On May 8, 2021. Age 52. (nee Cowley). Of Gloucester City. Loving wife of Edward O. Foltz. Daughter of the late Byron H. and Anna Cowley (nee Monroe). Loving mother of Donald L. Fager, III (Megan), Brian J. Collison (Justina Jarosz) and Patricia Marie Foltz. Cherished grandmother of Donnie and Declan. Beloved sister of Byron M. Cowley (Kathy Osiecki), Patricia Boyden (John), Karen Hodge (Robert), Kathleen Berry (William), Dennis Cowley (Veronica), Michelle Cowley-Piccone and Theodore Cowley (late Nancy). Loving and caring aunt to 20 nieces and nephews.

Marie was a graduate of Gloucester City High School class of 1986. She worked in customer service for NEST International in Gloucester City.

Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing Thursday evening, May 13, 2021 from 6 to 8 PM at the McCANN-HEALEY FUNERAL HOME, 851 Monmouth St., Gloucester City. Her funeral service and cremation will be private.
