Mark A. Higginbotham, age 61, of Vineland, NJ passed away peacefully while surrounded by loving family on Tuesday, September 15, 2026.

Mr. Higginbotham was born in Camden, NJ and had resided in Bellmawr, NJ before moving to Vineland. Mark, also known as “Big Dog”, brought an element of excitement to any gathering and was typically the loudest person in the room. Having lived in the South Jersey area, he amplified that electric personality simply by being an avid Cowboys fan. Mark also naturally enjoyed the casino atmosphere and relished in his Saturday trips to Live Casino. But above all, he cherished the time spent with family and friends and will be deeply missed by those he leaves behind.

Mark is survived by his daughters, Brittany (Krista, predeceased), Kelly (Andrew), Kristen (Adam); grandchildren, Ava, Olive, Emmy, Blake; sisters, Denise, Mary, Jeanette, Michele; many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Jean and Andy, and siblings, Eddie, Johnny, and Debbie.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, September 20th from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the McCann-Healey Funeral Home, 851 Monmouth Street, Gloucester City, NJ. Sharing of Eulogies will be 12 noon in the funeral home. Cremation will be private.
