Surrounded by her loving family, on November 5, 2017. Age 98. (nee Underwood). Lifelong resident of Gloucester City.
Loving wife of the late Elmer C. Halderman. Loving mother of Leah Wade (Joe Loeb) and her late husband Theodor Wade and Lester Fowler (Theresa). Predeceased by her children, MaryLou Bennett, John Fowler and Patricia Loeser. Cherished grandmother of 13 and also survived by numerous great grandchildren. Beloved sister of Theresa Rovere and Edward Underwood. Predeceased by her 2 brothers and 2 sisters.
Mary was a longtime waitress at Matrone's Luncheonette in Gloucester City and an avid Phillies fan.
Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation on Friday, Nov. 10th from 10 to 11 AM at St. Mary's R.C. Church, 426 Monmouth St., Gloucester City. Mass of Christian Burial 11 AM in the church. Interment New St. Mary's Cemetery, Bellmawr.
