Loving daughter of the late Edward Sledzinski and Jane Ann Sledzinski (nee Hannon). Predeceased by her brother. Beloved niece of Pat Hannon, Michael Hannon, Ken Hannon, William Hannon and Barbara Evans.

Cremation private at the request of the family. Mass of Christian Burial at Queen of the Apostles R.C. Church in Avoca, PA and Inurnment St. Mary's Cemetery, Avoca, PA are private.
