Obituary

On September 24, 2017. Age 96. Of Edgewater Park, NJ and formerly of Barrington, NJ. Loving husband of the late Mary Gessner (nee Trotto). Devoted father of the late Jimmy Gessner. Cherished brother of Margaret Gessner of Bristol, Connecticut.

Max was born in Germany and was a POW of World War II. He worked for many years at the Atlantic City Casinos and The Pub in Pennsauken as a server.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, October 13 at 10 am Saint Anthony of Padua R.C. Church: 111 School Street, Bristol, Connecticut. Inurnment following Mass of Mary and Max in West Cemetery, Bristol , Connecticut.
