Nancy L. Farmer (nee McCormick) Age 52 of Spartanburg, SC (formerly of Blackwood and Magnolia, NJ) passed away on March 30th, 2017 after a lengthy battle with cancer. She is survived by her husband Scott and son Matthew of SC. Nancy was the loving daughter of Charlotte McCormick and is also survived by siblings Kathy (Michael) Phillips and Kevin (Tammi) McCormick. She was a wonderful and caring Aunt to Amanda, Ashley, Timothy, Danielle, Sean, and Jaimie. She was preceded in death by her father Walter McCormick, maternal grandparents Charles and Irene Dyer, and brother Charles McCormick. Nancy was a 1982 Graduate of Sterling Regional High School in Somerdale, NJ where she was a member of the Color Guard. Prior to her illness, Nancy was a Teachers Aide with the Gloucester Twp. School District. She enjoyed coaching Cheerleading for the Magnolia Rams and Somerdale Stars. She loved making crafts, sewing and baking. In lieu of flowers, her family requests that donations be made in Nancy's memory to the "Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home" 686 Jeff Davis Drive – Spartanburg, SC 29303.
