On February 12, 2025, Age 22. Of Williamstown and formerly of Voorhees Twp. Survived by her devoted, adored and loving caregivers at Voorhees Pediatric Facility.

Octavia was born in Newark, NJ and resided many years at Voorhees Pediatric Facility. She loved music and her face lit up when hearing it played. Octavia truly loved to be part of outside activities. Octavia attended the Bancroft School at Voorhees Pediatric Facility.

Relatives, Friends and Caregivers from Bancroft School and Voorhees Pediatric Facility are kindly invited to attend Octavia's viewing on Wednesday, February 26 from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm with Celebration of Life at 12:30 pm at the Healey Funeral Home: 1816 Haddonfield – Berlin Road, Cherry Hill, NJ 08003. Interment Waterford Memorial Park, Waterford.
