Paul Devereaux passed away on March 1, 2025, at the age of 63. He was a loving husband of 24 years to Kelly Devereaux (nee Smith), loving father of Emily, Kaitlyn and Paul Devereaux and beloved brother of James Devereaux (Claire Marie), George Devereaux and Joanne Leafy (John). Paul was predeceased by his parents, James and Anna May Devereaux.

Paul was a graduate of Gloucester City High School class of 1980. He worked many years as a contractor and sweep tech engineer. Paul loved being down the shore in Wildwood, New Jersey and hearing live music surrounded by friends and family. He loved his time at the Celtic Tavern and always felt that Gloucester was an incredibly special place.

He will forever be remembered for his ability to light up any room he was in and for his incredibly fun and welcoming spirit. His presence will be dearly missed by those around him, but his family hopes he is remembered in every sunset and in the ocean tide.

Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Monday morning March 10th from 9:15 to 11:45 AM at St. Mary's R. C. Church, 426 Monmouth St., Gloucester City, where his Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12 Noon. Interment will be private in Calvary Cemetery, Cherry Hill.
