On May 10, 2020. Age 69. Formerly of Willingboro. Born in Lancaster, PA on October 16, 1950 to the late Edwin C. and Orpha Hayes (nee Eshleman). Survived by his sister, Sara Doster. Predeceased by his twin brother, Paul.

Philip will be interred privately with his late brother in the West Green Tree Church of the Brethren Cemetery, Elizabethtown, PA.
