Burlington, NJ. On November 21, 2024. Age 89. Born in Newark, NJ, she was the daughter of the late, John and Mildred (Iriebeneck) Vannote.  She is survived by her friends and caregivers at Complete Care at Burlington Woods.

Graveside services will be celebrated for Phyliss at 10 am on Friday, November 29, 2024 in Waterford Memorial Park Cemetery, 629 Pestletown Road, Waterford, NJ.
