On March 31, 2021. Age 54. Of Gloucester City, NJ. Born in Glenolden, PA, he is the son of Carmen A. Elias and the late William W. Stone. Richard is also survived by his brother, Joseph Stone and sister, Carmen Stone. He was predeceased by his brother, William Stone.

Richard had worked as a roofer with Joseph Karvice Roofing in Brooklawn, NJ.

Funeral Services will be celebrated privately at the family's convenience. There will be no visitation.
