Ricky Vargas Baluya,of Gloucester City, was born in Pulanduta Balud Masbate, Philippines on July 30, 1963 to the late Nicomedes Arbiz Baluya and Antonina Obligar Vargas. Surrounded by his family, Ricky passed away peacefully at age 58, on October 6, 2021. In between these dates, he lived a wonderfully spirited life.

Loving husband of Roselyn Asonio Baluya. Loving father of Richel QuialQuial Baluya, Ricky Anthony QuialQuial Baluya and Roniel QuialQuial Baluya. Survived by many loving family members in the Philippines.

Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Tuesday evening, October 12 ^th from 5 to 7 PM at the McCANN-HEALEY FUNERAL HOME, 851 Monmouth St., Gloucester City. Funeral Service 7 PM in the funeral home. Interment will be private.
