On December 30, 2014. Age 84. (nee DiAngelo). Born on March 4th, 1930. Rita was born and raised in South Camden; she was a graduate of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel High School and Maison d' Paris Beauty School. Rita, wife of the late James J. King, Sr., was a resident of Gloucester City for 60 years. Always the doting mother of her children, Thomas (Karen), Joseph, Robert Sr., Helen Cattell (Robert), Elena Stoltz (Joseph), Rita Jean, Ronald (Stacey) and Charlene Madden (Albert). Rita is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, 3 sisters, 4 brothers-in-law, 1 sister-in-law, several nieces, nephews and her beloved companion of many years, Lester Conover. Rita is also preceded in death by her step-children, Marie King-Kwietkowski and James J. King, Jr. Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Sunday afternoon, January 4, 2015 from 3 to 5 PM at St. Mary's Church, 426 Monmouth St., Gloucester City. Mass of Christian Burial Monday morning, January 5, 2015 at 10 AM at St. Mary's Church. There is no morning viewing. Entombment New St. Mary's Cemetery Mausoleum, Bellmawr, NJ.
