On December 13, 2025, at the age of 95. Of Gloucester City. Formerly of Paulsboro. Predeceased by his wife, Doris R. Kotter (nee Tipton); son, Robert S. Kotter, Jr., granddaughter Jennifer Lynn Kotter; siblings, Edward, Donald, William, Allan, Katherine and Geraldine. Survived by his sons, Richard Kotter and Adrian Kotter; grandchildren, Robert III, Ross, Ashley, Derek (Amy), Allan (Renee) and Jaime Wyndham; great grandchildren, Colton, Carson, Cameron, Alex, Evelyn, Braiden, Kaelin, Toren, Oliver and Ellis.

Robert was born and raised in Paulsboro, where he graduated high school. He was a longtime union carpenter with Carpenter's Local Union # 1489 and retired as a carpenter superintendent from Kilgore Construction in Devon, PA. Robert earned his pilots license many years ago and enjoyed flying panes.
