Milton, Fl. - Formerly of Colorado. Passed away suddenly on October 20, 2023, Age 63. Born in Long Beach, CA, he was the son of Patria R. (LaVallee) Perkins-Finley and the late Richard J. Perkins, Sr. Beloved companion of Diana Perkins. Loving father of Natalie Ryder (Troy) and Ryan J. Perkins (Katie). Rory is also survived by his brothers, Richard J. Perkins, Jr. (Laurie), Randy J. Perkins (Kathleen), Rod J. Perkins (Allison) and Rex J. Perkins (Renee) and many nieces and nephews. He was also predeceased by his sister, Diane L. Lineman (Ron).

Rory worked for several years as a machinist with Lockheed Martin, Littleton, CO. He moved onto work as a self-employed handyman, later getting his CDL and was an over the road driver for a few years. Above all Rory loved family. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, cooking and his daily phone calls with family.

Honoring his wishes there will be no viewing or services in FL. There will a Celebration of Rory's life held at a later date in CO.
