On December 6, 2021. Age 81. (nee Stuhl). Predeceased by her husband, James Fowler and her daughter, Sandra Abbey. Survived by her daughter, Marie Dodson, and her husband David; step-daughter, Bernadette; grandchildren, Danielle Hammon (John), Jessica Drake (Jeff), Sandra Kubiak (Alex), and Grace Dodson; great-grandchildren, Liam, Owen, Maddie, Abby, Kate, Elliot and Myla. Also survived by her devoted niece and best friend, Theresa Pettolina and many loving nieces and nephews.

Rose was a lifelong resident of Gloucester City and a lifelong faithful, devoted parishioner of St. Mary's Church.

Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation on Monday morning, December 13, 2021 from 10 to 11 AM at St. Mary's R.C. Church, 426 Monmouth St., Gloucester City. Mass of Christian Burial 11 AM in the church. Interment will follow in New St. Mary's Cemetery, Bellmawr.
