Suddenly, on March 12, 2011. Age 81. (nee Herbert) Of Gloucester City. Loving and devoted wife of 56 years to Thomas J. Tut Kilcourse. She is also survived by her many loving nieces and nephews. Roseann was a member of the Ladies Ancient Order of the Hibernians and the Gloucester City Senior Citizens Association. She was a faithful and devoted parishioner of St. Marys R.C. Church.
