Surrounded by her loving family, on February 27, 2018. Age 86. (nee Keoghan). Of Gloucester City. Predeceased by her husband, William F. James. Loving mother of Therese (Mike), Bill (Ginny), Michael (Joanne), Kathy, Patrick, Steven, Maria (Tom), David, Chris, Marybeth (Scott). Cherished grandmother of 20 and great grandmother of 8. Dear sister of Kathleen Lane (Bill) and the late John Keoghan (surviving Evelyn).

Rosemary was a graduate of Gloucester Catholic. She loved her family and spending time on the Jersey Shore.

Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Monday, March 5th, from 10 to 11:45 AM at St. Mary's R.C. Church, 426 Monmouth St., Gloucester City. Mass of Christian Burial 12 Noon. Interment New St. Mary's Cemetery, Bellmawr.
