On February 5, 2016. Age 69. Of Riverton. Surrounded, loved and cherished by his QMA Family who were devoted caregivers.

Born in Newark, NJ on June 16, 1946 to Eleanor and James Kelley.   Russell had a twin sister Marie who died at the age of 16.  He has other half siblings.  Russell was raised in Newark but lived most of his life in South Jersey.  Most recently, he lived in Riverton.

Russell was an amateur artist and loved to share his works with others.  He was described as the "happiest man on earth".

Visitation Thursday February 11, 2016 from 10 am to 10:15 am at the McCANN-HEALEY FUNERAL HOME: 851 Monmouth Street, Gloucester City.

Life Celebration "Going Home" Service 10:15 in the funeral home.

Interment Colestown Cemetery, Cherry Hill.
