Surrounded by her family, on April 16, 2022, at the age of 85. (nee Flowers) Of Gloucester City. Loving wife of 42 years to the late Harold W. Wynne. Loving mother of Norman D. Wynne (Lisa), Daniel S. Wynne (Michelle) and the late Harold Duncan Wynne (surviving Becky). Cherished grandmother of Ricky, Taylor, Nicole, Samantha, Daniel, Jessica and the late Zach. Beloved sister of Jackie DeBell (Dean), Jane Griffith (Lew) and Dante Fetzer (Dale).

Ruth was born in Richmond, VA to the late Cecil and Muriel Flowers. She was a home health aide for many years. Ruth was a longtime active member of the First Baptist Church of Gloucester City and the Gloucester City Senior Citizens Association.

Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation on Sunday, April 24 ^th , from 12 Noon to 2 PM at the First Baptist Church of Gloucester City, 400 Monmouth St., Gloucester City. Funeral Services will be celebrated at 2 PM in the Church. Interment will be private in Bethel Memorial Park, Pennsauken, NJ.
