On November 23, 2016. Age 33. Of Gloucester City. Loving son of Karenanne Cutler (nee Houlihan) and the late David F. Cutler Jr. Beloved brother of Kathryn Quandt (Will), David F. Cutler III (Christine), Jason Cutler and Kelsey Cutler. Cherished uncle of Bailey Morgan, Aaliyah Kershaw, David F. Cutler IV, Ethan Quandt, Benjamin Quandt, Hannah Quandt and Kierstin Boccaleri. Also survived by many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.

Ryan was a graduate of Gloucester High School class of 2002. He worked many years at UPS in Lawnside.

Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Monday evening, Nov. 28th, from 6 to 8 PM at the McCANN-HEALEY FUNERAL HOME: 851 Monmouth St., Gloucester City, where funeral services will follow. Interment private in New St. Mary's Cemetery, Bellmawr.
