Surrounded by her loving family at home, Sarah passed peacefully on July 23, 2023, at the age of 88. (nee Williamson). Lifelong resident of Gloucester City. Loving and devoted wife of 58 years to the late Henry Earl Whitten, Jr. Loving mother of Linda Dewechter (Dan), David Whitten (Charmaine), Judith Whitten, Gary Whitten (Lisa) and Lori Kraft (Jeffrey). Cherished grandmother of Todd (Jen), Marc (Laura), Eric (Courtney), Koren (Claud), Charmaine (Mario), Cherie (Quintin), Chloe, Gary Alan, Melissa (Jimmy), Corey, Brett (Faith), Mitchell, Garrett and Emma and great-grandmother of 21.

Sarah was born at home in Gloucester City. She was the youngest of 15 children to the late Walter and Harrit Williamson. She was an avid reader, loved trips to the casino with her friend Patsy and loved being with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Sunday morning, July 30th, from 10 AM to 12 Noon at the McCANN-HEALEY FUNERAL HOME, 851 Monmouth St., Gloucester City. Funeral service 12 Noon in the funeral home. Interment will be private.
