On July 2, 2017. Age 62. Of Collingswood. Loving husband of 32 years to Barbara Phillips. Loving father of Joshua and Zachary Phillips. Cherished grandfather of Sadie Jane and Marvin. Beloved brother of Michael, Christopher and Mark Phillips. Predeceased by his brother, Robert Phillips.
Stephen was the longtime owner of U.S.S. Carwash in Edgewater Park. He recently retired in January, after 10 years at the New Lisbon Developmental Center.
Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation on Thursday morning, July 6th from 10 to 11 AM at St. Mary's R.C. Church, 426 Monmouth St., Gloucester City. Mass of Christian Burial 11 AM. Interment will be private.
