Surrounded by her loving family and in their care, Theresa A. Graham passed away peacefully at home on July 29, 2026, at the age of 84.
Born Theresa A. McQuaid, she was a lifelong resident of Gloucester City. Theresa was the beloved wife of 54 years to the late George “Mickey” D. Graham, Jr. She was the loving mother of Theresa Graham Hughes (Robert), Patricia Graham McCahill (Kevin), and Christine Graham King.
Theresa was the cherished “Mommom” of Christopher (Marisa), Daniel, and Patrick Hughes; Kevin (Caitlin), Matthew (Meghan), and Thomas McCahill; and Frank and Kimberly King.
She was predeceased by her siblings William McQuaid, Mary Pierman, Frank McQuaid, Marge Christy, and Rebecca Lang. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
A proud graduate of Gloucester Catholic High School, Class of 1962, Theresa dedicated much of her life to serving her community. She was a longtime member and past president of the Gloucester City Senior Citizens Association and also served as president of the Gloucester City Board of Education.
Above all, Theresa will be remembered for the love and devotion she shared with her husband, children, grandchildren, extended family, and friends. As a lifelong resident of Gloucester City, she cherished the friendships she made with her neighbors and was deeply grateful for the kindness, support, and sense of community they shared over the years. Theresa truly appreciated being part of a close-knit neighborhood and community she was proud to call home.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, from 9:15 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. at St. Mary’s R.C. Church, 426 Monmouth Street, Gloucester City, NJ. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:30 a.m. in the church. Interment will follow at New St. Mary’s Cemetery, Bellmawr.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Msgr. Lucitt’s Needy Children’s Fund, P.O. Box 87, Gloucester City, NJ 08030. Please note “Theresa A. Graham” in the memo line.
