Surrounded by her loving family, Theresa passed peacefully at Virtua - Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital on November 17, 2024 at the age of 72. (nee Clark) Lifelong resident of Gloucester City. Loving and devoted wife of John D. Hutchinson. Loving mother of Theresa Ritchie and her husband Robert, Richard Dolson, Jr. and his wife Cindy and was like a second mother to Deana Gallagher and her husband William. Beloved and cherished grandmother of Tiffaney and Michael Becker, Courtney and Chris Brake, Brittney and Ron Canning, Gabrielle and Katrina Ritchie, Natalie Ritchie, Melissa Ritchie, Christopher Dolson, Bernard Dolson, and Justice Dolson. Great-grandmother of Bryce Becker, Cole Becker, Ronny Canning, Emma Canning, Jaxson Canning and Baby Brake on the way! Loving sister of Mary Pierson, Lynda Kamman, David Glover, and Edward Glover.
Predeceased by her parents, Catherine and George Glover, her grandparents, Catherine and Grover Virden, her brother George Glover, Jr. and her sister, Patricia Malinowski.
Theresa was a graduate of Gloucester High School class of 1970. Over the years, she worked many jobs but was most proud of being a medical assistant instructor for Cooper Hospital as well as a travel agent consultant for All Destinations Travel. Theresa was a longtime member of the Sportsmen AC Ladies Auxiliary, the Townsend C. Young VFW Post 3620 Ladies Auxiliary, Gloucester City Democrat Club and the Gloucester City Lakes Association, where she was part of team that brought back the fishing derby. She loved trips to the shore and to the casinos, was an avid fan of the Phillies and Eagles but most importantly, she loved being surrounded by her family, especially all her "Behearts". Theresa will be forever remembered for her love to her family and the compassion she showed toward others.
Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Wednesday evening Nov. 20th from 6 to 8 PM at the McCANN-HEALEY FUNERAL HOME, 851 Monmouth St., Gloucester City. On Thursday morning, Nov. 21st a viewing will be held from 9:30 to 10:30 AM at St. Mary's Church, 426 Monmouth Street, Gloucester City. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11 AM in the church. Interment will follow in Eglington Cemetery, Clarksboro.
