On November 21, 2016. Age 68. Of Haddon Heights. Formerly of Blackwood, Gloucester Township. Loving father of Thomas Evangelista and Michael Evangelista (Selena Romano) and their mother, Carol Baker. Cherished grandfather of Gabriel David, Emily Evangelista, Jenna Evangelista, Cayden and Anthony Howard. Dear brother of Maryann Palm, John Evangelista, Anna Marie Davis, Vincent Evangelista, Michael Evangelista and the late Josephine Lewin.

Michael, Selena and Maryann were with Thomas, holding his hand from the beginning to his last breath and would like to thank all the family and friends who visited with him.

Thomas was born and raised in South Camden. He worked many years as an abstract title agent in the Real Estate industry. Thomas also worked as a bartender and waiter at many establishments in South Jersey including the Coral Reef, DeSalvios, Cherrywood and Dukes Till Dawn.

Relatives and friends are invited to his graveside service on Friday, November 25, 2016 at 1 PM in New St. Mary's Cemetery, 515 West Browning Road, Bellmawr, NJ.
