On May 30, 2023. Age 47. Predeceased by his son, Timothy Russell; his parents, Cecelia and William Peters. Survived by his sons, Anthony Russell and Aries Peters-Hernandez; grandson, Jadien Rodriguez-Peters; brother, Brian Peters and his wife Jackie; nephew, Alexander (Leeanne) Peters and niece, Gabriella (Damian), as well as cousins Todd and Michele Draper.

At the request of his family, cremation will be private.
