Of Gloucester City, NJ. On February 9, 2023. Age 66. Born in Norwich Outer North, England, she was the daughter of the late, Walter R. and June L. (Greaves) Williams. Virginia is survived by her loving sons, David Gramley, Jr. (Lindsay), Jeremie Gramley (Maribeth); cherished grandchildren, DJ, Megan, Evan, Peyton, Logan; great grandchildren, Jayde, Izaiah, Theo; brothers, Peter Williams (Marykay Hill), Timothy Williams (Tina); sister, Vicky Gramley (Mark); Niece, Amanda Boyer and many other nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son, Kevin Gramley on June 15th, 2015.

Family and friends are invited to her visitation on Wednesday, February, 15 ^th from 5 to 6 pm at the McCann Healey Funeral Home, 851 Monmouth Street, Gloucester City, NJ. Her family will have a private burial at a later date.
