Gloucester City – On January 1, 2019. Age 81. Loving husband of Mary Ann Cornwall (nee Zinney). Loving father of Theresa Morris (Jeff), Karen Reckeweg (Eric), Carrie Charlier (Bill) and the late Walter J. Cornwall, Jr. Cherished grandfather of Michael, Tara, Drew, Ricky, E.J., Joshua and Matt and great-grandfather of Mason, Isabella and Chase. Beloved brother of Ronald Cornwall, Patricia Esworthy, Kay Esworthy, Connie Weatherhead, Helen Sharp and Elaine Markward. Predeceased by his brothers, Victor and Raymond Cornwall.

Walter proudly served our country in U.S.M.C. He retired in 2002 after 17 years as head custodian at Malberg School, Cherry Hill.

Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Saturday morning, January 5th, 2019 from 9:30 to 11 AM at the McCANN-HEALEY FUNERAL HOME, 851 Monmouth St., Gloucester City. Funeral Service 11 AM in the funeral home. Interment Hillcrest Memorial Park, Sewell.
