On July 21, 2025. Age 85. Of Gloucester City. Born in Norristown, PA, he was the son of the late William B. Donley, Sr. and Dorothy (Pourron) Donley. He is survived by his beloved wife of 55 years, Louise (Farley) Donley. Loving children, William B. Donley III and Louise (Donley) Suloff (Mark); cherished grandchildren, Matthew and Zachary Suloff, loving brother, John Morgan; loving sister, Lillian Morgan. Bill was also predeceased by his stepmother, Catherine Donley; brothers, James Donley, Robert Donley, David Grover and his sister Dorothy DeLeo.

Bill drove trucks and was a night shift manager for Tischler Express and later with John Jeffrey Corp in Gloucester City, NJ. He attended Hope Christian Fellowship church and was a member of the Teamsters Local 676 in Collingswood. He was a certified bowling instructor at Westbrook Lanes Family Bowling Center in Brooklawn. Bill loved coaching bowling especially the Saturday morning youth leagues at Westbrook Lanes where he became a fixture in helping kids learn to bowl. He also helped coach the Gloucester High School Bowling team. He wore "Mr. Bill" as a badge of honor. He was loved, greatly.

Bill loved to tell jokes and had a great sense of humor even in hard times. He was a Philadelphia sports fanatic of the Phillies, Eagles and 76ers. He enjoyed attending local comic book and trading card shows with his family and was a huge fan of old cowboy movies, Clint Eastwood, Batman and Superman. He would always have a song to sing and especially loved to do an impersonation of Elvis Presley when singing "Happy Birthday". He did his impressions, sang and joked up to his near last moments. His last heard words were. "I love you".

Bill's services will be celebrated on Saturday, August 2, 2025, at 11:00 am at Hope Christian Fellowship, 246 King St. Woodbury, NJ. His interment will be held privately.
