William was born in Elizabeth, NJ and worked as a self-employed house painter in Elizabeth, NJ area. He enjoyed cars and working on cars and was very artistic. William worked in later years as a parking attendant for the Elizabeth, NJ Parking Authority.

Catholic Graveside Service and Burial will be held 10 am on Tuesday, March 27, 2018 in the Laurel Lawn Cemetery, Bridgeton, NJ.
