On March 19, 2018. Age 77. Of Gloucester City. Born in Atlantic City, he was the son of the late William F. Kipp, Sr. and Milrdred (Darcy) Kipp. Beloved father of Jackie Karge and Cheryl Pace, grandfather of Nicole and Frankie Karge, Collin and Evan Pace. Bill is also survived by his best friends, Duke, Butch, Johnnie D. and Carter.

Bill honorable survived his country in the U.S. Army. He later worked as a self- employed roofer in Cherry Hill.

Honoring his wishes, all services will be held privately at a later date. There will be no viewing.
