On November 5, 2011. Age 63. Lifelong resident of Audubon Park. Predeceased by his loving parents William C. O Connell, Sr. and Doris OConnell (nee Baldwin). Dear brother of Therese OConnell and Gregory OConnell. Cherished uncle of Michelle, Kimberly, Therese, Kevin, George, Sean, Gregory and Caitlin. Also survived by his 6 great nieces and nephews and many cousins. Billy was an Honorary Life Member of Audubon Park Fire Department. He was a community oriented person who volunteered his time on a daily basis. Billy is best known for his love of his family and friends. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Wednesday evening from 6:30 to 8:30 PM at the McCANN-HEALEY FUNERAL HOME: 851 Monmouth St., Gloucester City. On Thursday morning all are invited to his Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 AM at Emmaus Catholic Community: Sacred Heart Church: Kings Highway and Black Horse Pike, Mount Ephraim.
