On September 3, 2019. Age 91. Of Gloucester City. Beloved husband of 69 years to Rita Schultz (nee Hunt). Devoted father of Donna Schultz, Kimberly Mecchella, Lisa O'Sullivan (Dan) and William G. Schultz III (Janet). Predeceased by his son, Thomas Schultz. Dear brother of Robert Schultz (Ruth). Cherished grandfather of Kelsey, Jenna, Michael, Caitlyn, Frank, Erika, Will, Leah, Jackie and Carly and great-grandfather of 5. Predeceased by his grandchild, Jaime.
William was born, raised and lived in Gloucester City. He proudly served our country in the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Little Rock. William worked and retired as a printer from Graphic Data. He was a longtime member of the Pitman Hobo Band, preforming many events including one in Germany. He also enjoyed camping and hiking.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to William's viewing on Friday, September 6th from 10 to 11 AM at the McCANN-HEALEY FUNERAL HOME: 851 Monmouth Street, Gloucester City. Catholic Service 11 AM in the funeral home. Interment with U.S. Navy Military Funeral Honors in New Saint Mary's Cemetery, Bellmawr.
